Exhibitor Fees:
- For-Profit Rate: $125
- Non-Profit Rate: $75
- MSU Student Organizations: FREE
Please ensure your exhibit features educational information relevant to, but not limited to: Education, Health, Legal, STEM, Finance, Business, Interpersonal Relationships, and Self-Empowerment.

Exhibit/Vendor Information
Our Exhibitors and Vendors will be in a spacious, high-traffic area. The exhibit/vendor floor will be open from 8 AM to 3 PM, maximizing visibility and engagement. Attendees will have multiple opportunities to visit booths throughout the day during breaks and between sessions. Table assignments will be made in the order of registration.
Each table is 6 feet long, draped, and includes two chairs. If you require additional space or electricity, please indicate your needs in the registration form.
Exhibitors and Vendors can set up starting at 7 AM on the day of the conference. Dismantling of exhibits can begin after 3 PM.
About the Día de la Mujer Conference
The Día de la Mujer Conference is an annual event focused on empowering Latinx women and addressing issues of concern within the Latinx community. Founded by MSU students and staff, DDLM aims to celebrate the accomplishments of Latina women and inspire them to make a difference in their lives and the lives of others. The conference is open to everyone and provides a valuable cross-cultural development opportunity.
DDLM also connects university and community resources to facilitate participants’ education during the conference. We welcome exhibitors whose materials align with our themes, including Education, Health, Legal Issues, STEM, Finance, Business, Interpersonal Relationships, and Self-Empowerment.
